An experienced CEO with a proven track record of leading, transforming and growing businesses. Chris has over 28 years experience gained in IT&T industries located in the US, Europe and Australia. Seen as a creative visionary, a passionate leader and a trusted advisor, Chris has developed the environment for the LEDC team to create and deploy innovative solutions which solve regional Australia’s IT&T problems.

Simon has previously held executive roles including CFO, CEO, Finance Director, and Company Directorial positions, most recently having worked as CFO for several ASX listed companies. Simon’s extensive commercial acumen spans IT, ICT, Telecommunications, and Financial Services with a deep understanding and experience in business strategy, business development, corporate governance, financial management, mergers & acquisitions, public company operations, audit & risk, and capital raising.

Wayne’s first 4 years with LEDC were spent travelling throughout regional Australia, searching for and securing LEDC’s valuable land assets, but has now returned to his true passions for marketing & client service.

Felix is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at LEDC, he brings a wealth of expertise in consolidated financial statements, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting from roles at Impelus and Cornerstone Bookkeeping where he managed accounts, generated key financial reports, and played a pivotal role in annual budget preparation and audits. Felix’s strategic approach and analytical skills make him a valuable asset to LEDC.
