An experienced CEO with a proven track record of leading, transforming and growing businesses. Chris has over 28 years experience gained in IT&T industries located in the US, Europe and Australia. Seen as a creative visionary, a passionate leader and a trusted advisor, Chris has developed the environment for the LEDC team to create and deploy innovative solutions which solve regional Australia’s IT&T problems.

Simon has previously held executive roles including CFO, CEO, Finance Director, and Company Directorial positions, most recently having worked as CFO for several ASX listed companies. Simon’s extensive commercial acumen spans IT, ICT, Telecommunications, and Financial Services with a deep understanding and experience in business strategy, business development, corporate governance, financial management, mergers & acquisitions, public company operations, audit & risk, and capital raising.

Sean has worked in the ICT industry for over 30 years and has held CEO, MD, and Senior Executive roles. During this time Sean gained extensive knowledge in executive and general management, business strategy and operational improvement, team leadership and transformation, complex B2B solution sales, and IT&T services. Sean also volunteers his time on the board of the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation who support young people aged 8-18 impacted by family mental illness.
